2007 Weekly Group Rides |

| Tuesdays - Houlton - 5:30 pm: This moderately paced road ride starts from the Houlton Tourist Information Center parking lot. There are townline sprints and riders should be familiar with riding in a group. Rides average 19-20 mph and cover 30-40 miles through all kinds of weather. |
| Tuesdays - Caribou - 5:30 pm: This moderately paced road ride starts from the S.W. Collins parking lot on Washburn Street. This group accepts inexperienced riders, but fitness is a must. The group tries to stay together for the entire distance and will teach group riding skills. |
| Wednesday - Nordic Heritage Center - 6:15 pm: This mountain bike ride starts from the main parking lot of the Maine Winter Sports Center - Nordic Heritage Center. Join the group and discover some of the best single track in northern Maine. | Thursdays - Presque Isle - 5:30 pm: This road ride attracts the fastest and strongest local riders. Meet at at MOJO's parking lot on Main Street. The fast group will average over 20 mph for at least an hour and a half and doesn't wait for dropped riders. A second group forms during the ride at a more moderate pace. Group riding skills are a must. |
| Saturday - Nordic Heritage Center - 2 pm: This mountain bike ride starts from the entrance to the Maine Winter Sports Center - Nordic Heritage Center. Meet the group near the sign by the main road and ride as long as you desire. The distance and pace varies according to who shows up. |
| The County Spinskis host a 10-14 mile individual Time Trial on the Parsons Road every third Thursday during the summer. See the Race Calendar page for specific dates and times. A modest $3 entry fee is charged to provide incentive weekly and season-long prizes. Handicapped times are used as well as overall times. This gives a tremendous advantage to improving riders. The first ITT is May 24. Come measure your fitness against the clock. |
